Vienna Stars:
The traditional Viennese type biscuit, vanilla
flavoured.
Lemon Vienna: The traditional Viennese type biscuit,
generously flavoured with lemon and topped with lemon
curd.
Princess Swirls: The Viennese with the additional
of almond flavoured paste gives the biscuits a crunchier
texture. Topped with red fruit jam. This biscuit is a

The recipe for these
delicious oatcakes is based on the traditional Scottish
oatcake recipe. The bulk of the oats used are sourced
locally, the mill being situated approximately 20 miles
from the biscuit bakery.

Cornflake Biscuits:
A simple recipe in that it contains only flour,
vegetable fats, sugar and fresh eggs. The biscuits are
topped with cornflakes. Simple it may be, but one of our
top selling lines.
Farmhouse Style Ginger Biscuits: There are ginger
biscuits and ginger biscuits. With the recipe including
a generous quantity of natural stem ginger we believe
this biscuit to be the tastiest available.
Chocolate Chip Cookies: There are many choc-chip
biscuits on the market. In terms of taste and texture we
believe this is as good as it gets.

Black Bun |

As traditional to
Scotland as whisky, haggis and Robert Burns! This
heavily fruited confection is a mixture of sultanas and
currants bound together with a minimal amount of bread
dough. To this is added our own combination of spices
which gives the product its unique flavour. The dough is
then encased in a thin pastry shell.
Sales do increase at New Year (Hogmanay) and Burn's
Night (25th Jan), but the product enjoys excellent sales
throughout the whole year.
