cookies are made from unique recipes developed by the
McKenzie family at their bakery, established in the
North East Scotland over 50 years ago.
Coconut: Crunchy yet melt in the mouth texture.
Flavoured with the best quality desiccated coconut.
Choc Chip: There are many choc-chip biscuits on
the market. In the terms of taste and texture we believe
this is as good as it gets.
Hazelnut: We use ground hazelnuts in this recipe
which means the flavour extends throughout the biscuit.
Almond: Viennese recipe with the addition of
almond flavoured paste gives the biscuit a cruncher
texture. Topped with red fruit jam. This biscuit is a
top seller and unique to McKenzie's.
Peanut: Crunchy, generously flavoured with diced
peanuts.
Nut & Spice: Unique to McKenzie Biscuits. The
ground hazelnuts and spices combine to give a mild yet
delicious flavour.
Cornflake: A simple recipe, in that it contains
only flour, vegetable fats, sugar and fresh eggs. The
biscuits are topped with cornflakes. Simple it may be,
but one of our top selling lines.
Farmhouse Ginger: There are ginger biscuits and
ginger biscuits. With the recipe including a generous
quantity of natural stem ginger we believe this biscuit
to be amongst the best of its type.
Orange & Sultana: A tasty biscuit combining the
tangy bite of oranges with the fruity texture of
sultanas.
Bran & Oat: Again unique to McKenzie Biscuits.
Containing rolled oats, wholemeal flour & bran, these
biscuits are surprisingly light textured. |
